by 32 miles of paved road. There are 16 lakes and ponds located throughout Lake Land 'Or,
ranging from the small quiet "Walden-like" ponds to the main lake shown here. We are a gated, recreational community of both young families who want to raise their children in a
quiet rural setting and active retirees who want to enjoy the great outdoors. We are
located 70 miles south of Washington D.C., 20 miles from Fredericksburg, and 2 miles
west of Ladysmith, Virginia off exit 110 on I-95.
