Lake Land'Or Property Owners Association Bylaws, Sec. 11.4-Standing Committees D-Nominating Committee: The Board shall, at the Annual Meeting of the Members, approve a Nominating Committee. The committee shall have as its sole purpose:

1. Establishment of procedures for and times of acceptance of nominations for election to the Board.
2. Seeking nominees interested in being considered.
3. Making final recommendations of candidates to the Board and Members.
