- Two Large Lakes -> Lake Land’Or and Heritage Lake, 15 Ponds. All lakes and ponds are available for the use of members and their guest via common area or public access. Fishing is permitted in all lakes & ponds; a valid VA Fishing License is required at all times.
- Skeet Shooting Range ->This range is available between the hours of 10:00 AM and 5:00 PM daily from May to October 1, and until sunset at all other times.
- Tennis Courts -> Regulation Tennis Courts are in the vicinity of both the Heritage and Land’Or Clubhouses. Play is restricted to the hours of 8:00 AM to sunset.
- Swimming Pools ->The Heritage and Land’Or swimming pools are open beginning Memorial Day weekend until Labor Day.
- Workout Facility -> The workout facility is located in the Land’Or Clubhouse offering free weights, nautilus equipment, stationary bikes and treadmills.
- General Campground - > Included as an amenity and available to members in good standing.
- Dog Park -> Located at the General Campgrounds at on the Land 'Or side of the community. Please pick up after your own pet, bags available.
- Playgrounds - > located at both Land Or and Heritage Clubhouse areas. Available for our youth (12 and under) from 9:00 AM until dusk.
- Heritage and Land’Or Pavilions -> These two pavilions are available for rental by members in good standing, on a first come first serve basis.
- Heritage and Land’Or Clubhouses -> These two clubhouse are available for rental by members for private functions.
- Beaches -> Beaches are located on Lake Land’Or and Lake Heritage. Swimming is restricted to the roped-off areas and is at your own risk.
- Basketball Courts -> Basketball courts are available on both the Heritage side and Land’Or side of the development 8:00 AM to sunset.
- Boating -> Boat launching facilities are available at both Lake Heritage and Lake Land’Or. Water skiing is authorized in designated areas on Lake Land’Or. Jet skis and similar water craft are prohibited.
